It's tough to be happy with any insurance company nowadays with Homeowner premiums going up 20-40% so I make an annual visit to Rosie Garcia's office in NBTX to go over areas we can modify to help offset the increases. Elizabeth was very helpful, empathetic and offered suggestions on some of the areas where she thought I could save a few dollars and I appreciate that. Every little bit helps.
