"I called Chence regarding a letter I received from our home lender. It stated they had sent payment to our new insurance carrier. I said they pay our home owners insurance from our escrow account. "I had a great experience with State Farm. Recently Chence Hull, from the Rosie Garcia State Farm Agency, called to inquire about my insurance needs. I had left State Farm and decided to use another insurance company. It seemed like a good idea at the time. I ended up going back to State Farm. Chence was instrumental in putting the new policies into place. He worked with me over the phone several times and made sure I had everything I needed. The agency is great to work with. They actually have someone that answers the phone and can help you by answering questions or directing your call.
