"It's tough to be happy with any insurance company nowadays with Homeowner premiums going up 20-40% so I make an annual visit to Rosie Garcia's office in NBTX to go over areas we can modify to help offset the increases. Elizabeth was very helpful, empathetic and offered suggestions on some of the areas where she thought I could save a few dollars and I appreciate that. Every little bit helps."

"I worked with Nikole and she was absolutely amazing! She helped answer any questions I had and was so sweet out of everyone I spoke with when shopping for insurance. It really was her winning personality and decent insurance prices that won me over. Other insurance companies spoke like they hated their jobs and did not care one way or another if I bought my insurance from them. Nikole was not like that, in any manner.
